1) Hard Work – If it was easy everybody would be doing it.

2) Choosing the best muscle building exercises i.e. Compound exercises – Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Dips, Rows etc.

3) Muscle Building Diet – Want to Get Big Eat Big – But only by eating quality non-processed foods

4) Using quality supplements – as with anything else there are good and bad out there – But supplements are just that an add on to your diet – Want to build muscle? Don’t for a minute believe the muscle mag claims your muscle growth comes from eating natural non processed foods – And plenty of it.

5) Staying consistant with your Muscle Building Diet and Workouts

6) Using maximum Intensity in your muscle building workouts

7) Rest – believe it or not rest is just as important as your diet and workout.

This is the tip of the iceberg there is much more that goes into gaining muscle.

Also DO NOT think that by imitating the workouts of the pro bodybuilders or the workouts in the muscle mags that you will get the results that they claim. They are there to sell magazines and their supplement brands.
