Our 3 Upper body Muscle Building Exercises For Today:

1A) Flat Bench Press

1B) Bent Over Row (underhand grip)

2) Dips

Start off with 2 warm-up sets 50% of your 1 rep max.

Then go into 2 heavy sets reps 5-7 —— 3rd set 10-12 reps ——–4th set 15-20 reps.

Rest 2-3 minutes inbetween sets.
